According to the report by New York Post, an allegedly drunken man was killed through electrocution while relieving himself on the third rail of New York Metropolitan in Brooklyn this morning.
30-year-old New-Yorker Matthew Zeno was strolling with a companion along the tracks for the southbound G train around 3:10 a.m., at Union Avenue and Broadway in Williamsburg when the terrifying accident happened.
His undisclosed 26-year-old friend tried saving him and received serious electroshock injuries as well, police said. Nevertheless, he still managed to call for help and notify some workers of MTA, who then in turn called for help, sources reported.
Both men were rushed to Woodhull Hospital where Zeno died and the second man was listed in stable condition. They both were returning home from a bar after a night-long partying.
