Most common reasons of headaches are increased intracranial pressure and migraines. Millions of people worldwide suffer from regular headaches, which range from mild to unbearable.

 

Even absolutely healthy man can suffer from headaches because of the weather change or from simple stress. Such pain can be gone even without any painkillers. Also, feverfew can help to get rid of the headache. This medicinal herb has been used centuries ago for the same needs. Its components take down spasms of vessels in the brain. While using the tablets dose should not exceed 300 mg per day. If the treatment involves drinking infusions of the leaves of feverfew, then the norm is 40 drops per day.
