The advantage of such a diet is that it not only make a person to get rid of extra pounds, but also normalizes metabolism. Due to a fact that rice can satisfies hunger enough it is not particularly painful to refuse from the hearty meat and fish dishes for 7 days. You will have to forget about the soda and fruit juices. By the way, you can only drink a half-hour after a meal or 20 minutes before a meal.

Monday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice, apple, 200 ml of green tea

Lunch - 150 grams of salad, prepared with vegetable oil (boiled rice, greens and vegetables)

Dinner - 150 grams of cooked rice with a boiled carrot

Tuesday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice with sour cream, orange

Lunch - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of cooked carrots

Dinner - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of cooked zucchini

Wednesday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice, pear

Lunch - 150 grams of salad prepared with vegetable oil (boiled rice, fried mushrooms and cucumber)

Dinner - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of boiled cabbage

Thursday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice, apple, 200 ml of milk

Lunch - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of radish and carrot

Dinner - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of boiled cabbage, two walnuts

Friday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice with raisins, 200 ml of sour cream

Lunch - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of cooked zucchini with herbs

Dinner - 150 grams of boiled rice, lettuce, four walnuts

Saturday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice, pears, four walnuts

Lunch - 150 grams of cooked rice, 50 grams of cooked zucchini, lettuce

Dinner - 150 grams of boiled rice with sour cream, pear

Sunday

Breakfast - 50 grams of boiled rice, apple

Lunch - 150 grams of boiled rice, tomato, lettuce

Dinner - 150 grams of boiled rice, steamed zucchini
