It is familiar for every woman when the amount of hair on a comb is greater than we expect to see. Don`t panic: the hair loss can be a normal process. You need space in order to have even more beautiful and healthy hair. Hair loss can grow in spring and autumn months but this is not a big deal. Instead, it's time to take action if you notice that the hair began to fall in a large quantities and for no obvious reasons, and their general condition deteriorated.

It is not necessary to go to a beauty salon to restore the health of the hair. It would be enough to learn a few secrets about making home masks. All you need is a few free hours, bath towel, plastic wrap and useful ingredients to create masks.

In order to nourish the hair with vital energy, and moisten them oil is frequently used. I advise you to use olive or burdock oil, as they are best suited for hair. You need to heat a small amount of oil (about a half cup, depending on hair length) in water bath and put it on the hair, paying great attention to the roots.

Massage the scalp thoroughly. Massage improves blood circulation and the hair will grow faster. Then cover your head with cling film and wrap on heated towel. Keep it on no more than an hour, then rinse with a mild shampoo. This mask should be repeated several times a week and then the effect will not keep you waiting.

Mix nettles, coltsfoot, birch leaves, calendula flowers and hop cones in equal amounts. You need to crush all that and fill with boiling water. Then you need to brew broth, drain and put on the scalp and along the entire length of hair.

You can use the castor oil. You need to put it on the head skin with an old toothbrush. Then wrap your head with cling film and a towel and leave for five hours. This mask is perfect for a weekend when you can spend a long time at home. Repeat this mask once a week. The result will please you: the hair will become visibly thicker and will cease to fall.

Use of essential oils

Essential oils are great to restore shine and elasticity, and to prevent hair loss. You need to mix 10 drops of tea tree oil, rosemary, cedar, and then add some aloe juice. This mixture should be placed in a dark place for a week to infuse; shake it every day. Rub this infusion into the scalp every time after washing your hair.

In addition, you can prepare yourself lotion with nettle and nasturtiums. You will need 100 grams of nasturtium flowers, leaves and fresh seeds, and 100g of fresh nettle leaves. All this is necessary to crush and mix thoroughly. You need to pour the resulting mixture with 500 ml of rubbing alcohol, brew about two weeks and to filter. The lotion is better to pour into a glass bottle and to massage the head before going to bed with the same old toothbrush.

Lamination of hair

Using the best home masks you'll quickly return your hair to its former strength and density!
